THINKS TO IMPORTANT NOTE

It is mandatory to carry photo ID card while you are on tour.
Package can be alerted or changed as per the customers’ requirements / interest if possible. (Subject to availability)
In case of non-availability of hotels, similar hotel will be provided or if the base category room will be not applicable for upper category rooms.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of bus due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
For Postponed / Preponed of tour packages are to be informed us at least 15 Days prior of your travel date.
Check out time of the hotel is 12:00 noon and check in time of the hotel is 12:00 noon. (Early check in is subject to availability)
Entrance Fees at Any point shall be paid by customer directly.
Cancellation and other policies as per the hotel / company rule.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing and other services due to bad weather, road conditions, strike, physical ability or any other. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Booking and Payment policy

For booking confirmation, need to pay 30% Advance amount for tour confirmation in our company account by cheque / Net banking / Cash in our company account.
Remaining Amount should be paid at the time of Check in hotel.
For postpone / postponed of tour packages are to be communicated in written and we need to be inform us at 8-9 days prior of travel date .
